The Multiworkshop Taskforce

This webpage is developped by the group called ‘Multiworkshop taskforce’.

This group was created by local facilitators communities around the world and meets regularly to identify needs and develop solutions.

Our goal

Develop cooperation between the local multi-workshop communities and their ecosystem to accelerate the spread of environmental raising-awareness workshops at a global level.

Here is how we are structured

Multi-workshop Ecosystem

Gather insights, map stakeholders, and identify gaps in the multi-workshop movement through a structured taskforce with representatives from existing and upcoming local groups.

Propose strategies for healthy governance and financial flows.

Enhance the visibility of the movement through branding and collaboration with initiatives like the Climate Fresk and other collages workshops.

Global Digital Tools and Platforms

Identify digital pain points for players, facilitators, and associations that slow the global rollout of pedagogically innovative tools.

Collaborate with existing and emerging tools, like Trouver Une Fresque.

Advocate for the development of international digital tools/platforms, to better serve these stakeholders at a local and global level, favouring Open Source.

Local Communities

Help new local communities to structure their multi-workshop activities.

Recommend local financing models with pro/volunteer synergies.

Gather experience from existing groups.

Connect these local groups with the global community and its tools

This knowledge will culminate in a handbook for local multi-workshop structures.

Think Global...

...to Act Local!

What have we done so far?

We built a team!

We gathered representatives from over 30 local groups, collectives and NGOs who shared the same passion for collective intelligence workshops.

None of us can do it alone!

We put out a call to talk about the different ways people are Multi-Fresking internationally. We realised we have some shared pain points and even more lessons to share.

We are collaborating with Trouver Une Fresque, Freskers internationally, and maybe you?

We started consulting associations!

Are you responsible for a workshop or a local community?

We want to understand…

~ Your “tech stack”

~ Your pain points.

~ Your facilitators’ needs.

… in how you support your facilitator community to organise workshops.

Mapping groups around the World!

Are you part of a group delivering workshops?

We are trying to compile a list of all the Multi-Workshop groups around the world.

We aim to bring visibility to groups worldwide.

To a more connected and visible community of workshops and decentralised actors!
